Columbia County Sanctuary Movement is proud to host our first annual Caribbean Festival! Join us as we celebrate our culture with local Caribbean food, musicians, artists and community! Our event will be held on July 27th, 2024 at Jennings Landing in Albany. If you are interested in participating to be a vendor or organization at our event, please fill out the form below.
Terms and Conditions:
- Submitting this application does not guarantee approval to table at the festival. All applications will be reviewed by members of the Caribbean Festival Committee.
All vendors and presenters are responsible for providing their own tables, tents and seats for the festival.
For Vendors selling art and wares: There is a $200 fee to reserve a spot at the festival.
For Vendors selling food: There is a $300-$500 to reserve a space at the festival. This does not include the Temporary Food Vending Permit issued by the Albany County Department of Health.
For Non-profit Organizations selling wares: There is a $100 fee to reserve a spot at the festival.
For Non-profit Organizations not selling wares: There is no fee to reserve a space at the festival but your application must be approved by Caribbean Festival Committee.
The deadline to apply is July 15th.
You will be contacted by a member of the Caribbean Festival Committee should your application be considered for approval. Applications are accepted between May - July. Applications submitted earlier in the year will take precedence over applications submitted closer to the date of the festival
