On Saturday, August 9th, Columbia County Sanctuary Movement will host its second Caribbean Festival.
The event is planned and led by CCSM's Caribbean community members. We develop local leaders to support vendors in completing permits, preparing to attend the event, and launching their businesses. We also prioritize groups often marginalized within the Caribbean community to perform, sell, and participate in the festival.
