Thank you for your interest in participating in the 4th Annual Latinx Parade. Please fill out this registration form with information about yourself and your interested group or organization.
Once the application is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Parade Coordinating Committee and you will be contacted via phone or email if your party is approved. Please note: Submitting this application does not imply automatic approval. By submitting this application you agree to the terms and conditions as follows:

Any decorations for cars or floats shall be the responsibility of the participant and not CCSM to supply.

Line up will begin at N 7th st Hudson NY, please arrive 12pm to get in the lineup. Parade will begin marching promptly at 1pm. Parade will follow a detailed map that will be provided to the group.

Each team will need to choose a marshal to help with safety. The marshal will be in charge of helping everyone stay safe by meeting the following guidelines. Such as maintaining distance between groups, assisting coordinators and police.

Speed of the vehicle needs to be below 10 mph, stay with your group. Pay attention: If the group in front of you stops, you also need to stop and maintain your distance

Please do not throw any kind of food into the crowd due to COVID. Participants are responsible for any debris.

Political or Religious campaigns or statements are not allowed at the parade. This is a celebration of Latinx culture and heritage in the Hudson area. Please keep the focus of your group on celebrating culture.

Signs and banners must be approved by the Parade committee. Please keep signs and banners positive and celebratory.

Animals are welcome, officials should identify the species, quantity and health of the participating animals. Precautions should be taken within parade line-ups to ensure animals are well cared for, and are not startled by other participants or noises which could cause a public safety hazard. Owners will be held accountable for animal debris removal.
